Scott Horton will be interviewed on the Mike Malloy Show on Monday at 9:15 p.m. Eastern, 8:15 p.m. Central, 6:15 p.m. Pacific time. He’ll be taking about the prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don E. Siegelman, the evidence linking the prosecution to Karl Rove and a number of prominent Alabama Republicans and the pattern of political prosecutions which have occurred in a number of other states, all matters which are soon to be the subject of a hearing in the House Judiciary Committee.
