A Cartoon

By Mr. Fish

Cartoon: George W. Bush stands at a podium next to John Roberts. Someone asks, “Is it true that as a judge on the D.C. Circuit Mr. Roberts voted to uphold the arrest and detention of a 12-year-old girl for eating french fries on the Metro?” Bush replies, “That's why I nominated him.” The questioner asks, “Because he isn't soft on crime and is a strict interpreter of the law?” Bush replies, “No, because he's a full-blown ninny like me.”
