A Cartoon

Cartoon: A man stands behind a podium; a sign on the podium reads “Newsweek.” The man says: “...We would like to apologize for printing that interrogators at Guantánamo Bay had ‘flushed the Koran down the toilet.’ According to a spokesman for the prison the original quote was about a bunny that the guards had gotten for the inmates in order to boost morale and that the bunny had a squeaky hop and how they ‘rushed a corpsman down to oil it.’ The first telling of the story had regrettably been confused by all the screaming in the background.”
